A code of conduct includes policies and rules for employees and employers to follow in the workplace.

1. The Principal should be always loyal, supportive, fair, honest, objective & law abiding
2. Can implement new ideas plans and execute the college Vision and Mission
3. Listen to the staff and students ideas
4. Should be just & fair in interacting with staff and students
5. Ensure that the staff and students are aware about the rules, policies and procedure laid down by the college
6. Keep campus clean and create congenial atmosphere and environment conducive for studies.
7. Students must be regular and punctual in the classes. They must not assembled in the corridors or speak loudly near the classroom and office blocks
8. Students should not indulge in misconduct at the time of examinations or during the time of elections to the student bodies
9. Participate in various events seminars workshops organized by the Institution & contribute towards their success
10. Respect students rights to freely express opinions
11. Students are advised that not to carry expensive articles and large amount of cash to college. College will not be responsible for any loss of the same
12. Encourage the students to improve their academic performance and contribute towards the society
13. Students are expected to be on time for classes, seminars and conferences, special lecture organized in the campus
14. Teachers should treat the non teaching staff as colleagues
15. Punctuality and discipline is of utmost importance
